We are establishing an EXCLUSIVE relationship with only ONE INVESTMENT CLUB PER COMPETITIVE MARKET such as Austin, Texas and the surrounding community.

WE WILL PROVIDE advertising for your REIA utilizing print, Internet, and radio. Your members (and only your members) will be able to join our organization with no money up front. Home Team USA will only collect a fee from your members upon the closing of a successful transaction. We submit an invoice to the appropriate party for satisfaction at closing.

Your members will have the ability to LIST PROPERTIES that they have for sale on our Web sites AT NO CHARGE. They may also browse the database and contact our members at no charge. Your members will receive this benefit because of their affiliation with your organization.

Your organization will EARN COMMISSIONS from the sales production generated by your membership. For instance, if a member of your organization who is a loan officer closes a transaction that originates from Home Team USA, they will pay our $800 invoice at the closing and have continued access to the database for one year. Your REIA would earn $100 as a commission for selling the Home Team membership to the loan officer. When the loan officer renews their membership after twelve months, your organization would earn a further $50.

Your organization will not be charged by Home Team USA for support or participation as an affiliate. You will have access to sales management tools that provide reports on member activity and commissions earned as a Home Team Affiliate.
