The central concept for Home Team was created by Robert D. Cass while he was working as a loan officer for a mortgage brokerage in Virginia. Mr. Cass had success matching HITs and investors to create business for himself. Cass began to hold lectures to promote the concept of matching HITs and investors to other loan officers and real estate agents for a fee.

Home Team USA, Inc. was founded on August 1, 2007. Since 2005 the founders conducted research, began development of core technology, created its affiliate program and conducted test marketing efforts. The Company maintains two Web sites at MillionHomeChallenge.com and LocalRealEstateDeals.com. Our Web sites commenced beta operations in February 2008.
